What kind of cookies do you make?
Big, gooey, flavour-packed cookies! We bake classic flavours like OG Chocolate Chip alongside fun monthly specials like Biscoff & White Choc, Mars Bar, and Lemon Meringue Pie. Each one is made fresh to order in small batches.
How can I order?
Orders open on select dates (usually monthly!) and are made through our online order form or via link in our Instagram bio. You'll choose your cookies and preferred pickup time at checkout.
When do orders close?
Orders close on Tuesdays at 8pm for delivery and Wednesday at 8pm for pick up, or sooner if we sell out. It’s small batch — so get in quick!
Where do I pick up my cookies?
Pickups are from our home kitchen in Takapuna, Auckland —
Available on Fridays and Saturdays between 2–6pm. You’ll choose your 1-hour pickup window when ordering, and full details are sent in your confirmation email.
Do you do bulk orders or custom boxes?
Yes! We offer boxes of 2, 4, or 6 cookies, and you can mix and match flavours. For larger orders (gifting, events, corporate boxes), just flick us a message — we’d love to work something out.
How long do the cookies last?
They're best eaten fresh within 2–3 days (but good luck waiting that long). Store in an airtight container at room temp. You can also warm them up in the microwave for that fresh-from-the-oven vibe.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We now ship our cookies NZ-wide from our kitchen in Auckland.
When are orders shipped?
Orders for shipping close Tuesdays at 8pm each week.
We ship every Wednesday and Thursday to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and delicious.
How much is shipping?
North Island: $9
South Island: $11
Is shipping tracked?
Yes! All orders are sent with tracked courier delivery. You’ll receive tracking details once your cookies are on their way.
How are cookies packaged for delivery?
Each cookie is individually heat sealed to lock in freshness, and boxes are carefully packed by hand from our small kitchen. We do everything we can to make sure your cookies arrive in perfect condition.
What if my cookies arrive late or damaged?
While we pack with love (and bubble wrap), once your order is in the hands of the courier, shipping is at the buyer’s risk.
That said — if something doesn’t arrive right, please get in touch. We’ll always do our best to help.
Can I ship cookies to a friend?
Absolutely! Just enter their details at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. Want to include a note? Pop it in the order comments — we’ve got you.
